Q. Does this price of £35 include VAT? |
| A. Yes! This price is fully inclusive of VAT. We are a VAT registered company and all repairs will be supplied with a full VAT receipt. Business customers who are VAT registered will be able to claim the VAT element back ( £30.43 + VAT @ 17.5% = £35.00 ). We also offer business support contracts, ask us for details. | |

| A. Ultimate One is a professional business with an aggressive pricing structure to benefit our customers. Our modern workshop is fully equipped with all the necessary test equipment. All the workbenches are static controlled to protect your computer or laptop from damage whilst it is with us for repair. We repair a hundreds of computers and laptops of all makes and models each month which allows us to keep our repair costs low. Our engineers' experience and access to the latest test equipment allows us to diagnose faults in rapid time. As our engineers' are always busy and our workbenches are full you dont have to pay for 'idle' time that other companies have to factor in to their charges. Every piece of equipment booked in for repair is logged on our advanced database driven repair system and tracked at every stage from diagnosis, repair, parts fitting to final testing. | |

Q. Does this price include parts and carriage? |
| A. This price is for all the labour on your repair - diagnosis, repair, parts fitting if needed and finally testing. Regardless of how long it takes to fix your computer you will only pay £35 labour. Parts are not included, if parts are needed we will contact you with a quote. Delivery is not included, you are welcome to deliver your computer to us yourself or arrange a courier. We can return your computer, once repaired by courier at cost price or you are free to collect it yourself. Q. How long will it take to repair my computer or laptop? |
| A. Once we have booked in your item we aim to diagnose the fault within 24 hour, sometimes lengthy tests may be required which could extend this, in these cases we will keep you informed. Once the cause of a fault has been diagnosed and parts, if needed, are authorised, we will have the repaired computer or laptop ready to be returned or collected within 24 hours. Q. Can any make or model of computer be repaired? |
| A. Yes! We will repair any computer from any manufacturer under our fixed fee labour charge. We will also cover most problems on laptops and notebook computers under this fixed fee labout charge of £35. If it is a laptop or notebook that is faulty please call one of our engineers to discuss the symptoms as the repair may well be covered under our fixed fee labour charge of £35. | |

Q. How many faults can be fixed under the fixed fee labour charge? |
| A. We will fix all the faults you tell us about on that computer when the repair is booked in. If you have more than one computer repaired then you will pay a fixed fee labour charge of £35 for each computer. | |

Q. What will I need to bring/send in to you? |
| A. We will need the computer system or laptop plus charger itself. We will need any log on usernames and passwords. We may also need any disks, CD's, recovery disks, software or other application software you have installed since you bought the computer in some cases, our engineer will be able to advise you on this. If you are sending a computer or laptop to us, please ensure that it is very well packaged and that it is sent using an insured signature on delivery service. If you are bringing the computer or laptop in we can advise on parking arrangements and the best drop off point for your convenience. | |

Q. How do I know what work has been done? |
| A. Every repair is fully tracked on our database system at each stage of its repair. When the repair is complete you will receive a full printout from the database outlining everything that was done to diagnose, repair and test your computer or laptop along with full details and serial numbers of any parts fitted (if needed). This is yours too keep. Each entry in the database is date and time stamped so every detail of what has been done is accurately recorded for your piece of mind. | A. We repair computers with any operating system even those running the latest operating system from Microsoft, Windows Vista, both the 32 and 64 bit versions.
