We can repair any make or model of Desktop or Laptop. We currently repair hundreds of Desktops and Laptops each month for both business and home users in Nottinghamshire. We also operate a post in service for repairs across the UK on laptops.
Repairs
If you have a fault with your computer or laptop then we are the people to see! We can repair your desktop or laptop in our fully equipped workshop at our Retford shop. Qualified Electronic and Computer Engineers are always available in house to tackle even the most challenging fault.
Perhaps your PC just needs a Healthcheck or maybe restoring to its factory defaults most faults can be fixed under our £35 fixed-fee charge.
Virus, Spyware, Worms, Trojans, Backdoors and Keyloggers can all be detected and removed in our workshop or on-site. We will even advise on how to avoid future threats from this malicious software.
We can work on any computer running Microsoft Windows 95, NT, 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, XP or even Vista, Linux and Apple MAC OSX.
Blue Kiss of Death screens can be diagnosed, fixed and repaired.
If you are having problems with your laptop not charging or switching on properly then come and see us before you rush out to buy a new one, as in most cases we can repair it for you.
Insurance Reports can be produced on company letterhead if you need to make a claim on your household insurance policy. Most Insurance Companies will even allow you to claim the cost of producing this report back.
Upgrades
If your computer is ready for a new lease of life or needs speeding up we can help. One of our Engineers can advise on the best possible upgrade route taking into consideration financial and technoligical constraints.
Most Desktops or Laptops can be upgraded. Common upgrades include adding more memory (also referred to as RAM), increasing hard drive capacity, adding a DVD burner, fitting a TV tuner card or upgrading to USB2. We can upgrade your operating system to the latest Microsoft Windows Vista.
