At Ultimate One we can design and create either static or dynamic websites depending on which suits your needs better.

How do I know which site is right for me?

 Static Site - Once created this site can not be changed until the webmaster or someone familiar with html or flash decides to edit the content so if for example you wanted to advertise a property to rent with a few pictures and some information about the property then a static site would be ideal.

Dynamic Site - These give the owners the power to easily update the site through usually a password protected administrative interface which also means no knowledge of html or flash is needed to maintain the site so for example if you had a large inventory and or list of services then you may wish to give your customer the ability to search based on their selected criteria then a dynamic site would be more suited to you
