Once you have downloaded the dvd images and burned to dvd then boot the first into the computer you want to install Windows Server 2008 ( or Windows Small Business Server 2008 ) onto and follow the on screen instructions.
During the install of Windows Server 2008 ( or Windows Small Business Server 2008 ) you may be asked which version of Server 2008 you wish to install. Again you do not need to enter a product key. The installation does not require activation. Effectively you are using a free product key trial that will not need activation.
This trial will last for 60 days from when you first install Windows Server 2008 or Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2008.
