If you are looking to have your laptop repaired because it has developed a fault then we can help. Feel free to telephone us and speak to one of our trained, knowledgeable engineers who can talk through the fault you are having and advise you on how you can book in your laptop for repair. We have two shops conveniently located in the town centres of Retford and Gainsborough each having their own laptop repair facility. Each facility is staffed by experienced, trained computer engineers having the latest testing hardware and software. Our computerised repair tracking system records progress on every repair and can even send a text message to advise when the repair is complete and ready for collection / dispatch. We have a repair capacity of over 400 units a month.

Sometimes the fault may lie in software, such as a configuration error or a corrupt or missing file or even an infection from a computer virus ( including trojan, spyware, malware, worm), in this case you would only need to pay our special in-shop fixed fee labour charge of £25 including VAT. If there is something more serious we will always quote you before proceeding.

We can repair and replace broken laptop keyboards, faulty optical drives (CD-RW and DVD-RW) and hard drives as well as laptop screens (TFT) and memory. If your laptop is overheating this could be caused by faulty components or even just from dust clogging the heatsink inside the laptop.
