Shane Zadrozny - Managing Director
University qualified and having over 15 years computing experience Shane offers the benefit of proven hands on knowledge. Shane's background prior to founding the company was in Electronics, being a project manager and heading up the research and devlopment department of a company specialising in Subsea Survey working mainly in the far east. Projects included the REDAS electrical resistivity measuring tool, SMARTCone - the world's first 2cm dual axis miniature piezo cone and various other projects.
Shane has vast experience in programming computers which begun with embedded coding for Microcontrollers. Languages covered in the past include, C, C++, Java, Pascal, Delphi, SmallTalk, Visual Basic, Prolog, Assembly, PHP and more recently Ruby.
Lisa Zadrozny - Accounts Director
One of the founding Directors of the Company, Lisa handles the accounts and management administration. Lisa has previously trained in Accounts and prior to working for the company was a Chef at Cottam Power Station.
Tom Chambers - Retford Shop Manager
After completing three years of service at Pet Care based in the town (which used to actually trade from our current shop in the Market Square in the past) Tom brings with him great customer service skills and will no doubt be a familiar face to many. Tom aims to put his Web and Multimedia Authoring skills learnt at North Nottinghamshire College to good use on projects for customers taking advantage of our Website Services.
Chloe Stevens - Apprentice Computer Engineer
Chloe has recently moved to Retford and made Ultimate One her first choice when chosing her career in IT. Chloe is looking forward to developing her skills and experience as well as meeting customers in our Retford shop.
Jonathan Dey - Apprentice Computer Engineer P/T
After coming to work with us on Work Experience we were pleased to offer Jonathan a position working with us on a part-time basis.
